Guided Athens City Tour
Morning Sightseeing: After breakfast, join your expert guide for an informative tour of Athens’ monumental core. View the Hellenic Parliament, the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, Hadrian’s Arch, the Academy, and the Temple of Olympian Zeus. You’ll also step inside the historic Panathenaic Stadium, home to the first modern Olympic Games in 1896.
Afternoon & Evening: The rest of the day is yours to enjoy. Stroll through the historic alleys of Plaka or shop in Monastiraki square
Athens – Corinth Canal – Epidaurus – Nafplion – Mycenae – Olympia
Scenic Departures: Leave Athens early, pausing for photos at the engineering marvel of the Corinth Canal.
Ancient Highlights: Visit the Ancient Theatre of Epidaurus, renowned worldwide for its flawless acoustics. Enjoy a brief, scenic stroll through the picturesque coastal town of Nafplion, Greece's charming former capital.
Bronze Age Legends: Head to Mycenae to tour the archaeological remains, including the Lion Gate and the monumental Tomb of Agamemnon.
Evening: Drive through the central Peloponnese to reach Olympia for check-in, a traditional dinner, and overnight stay.
Olympia – Nafpaktos – Delphi
Birthplace of the Olympics: Tour the archaeological sanctuary of Olympia. Walk the Ancient Stadium, see the Temple of Zeus, and browse ancient athletic gear at the Archaeological Museum.
Northward Journey: Travel through the plains of Eliad and Achaia, crossing the spectacular Rio-Antirrio suspension bridge. Pass the charming, fortified harbor town of Nafpaktos (Lepanto) and coastal Itea.
Evening: Arrive on the slopes of Mount Parnassus in Delphi for dinner and overnight stay.
Delphi – Kalambaka / Meteora
The Navel of the Earth: Explore the mystical ruins of Delphi. Walk the Sacred Way up to the Temple of Apollo and the ancient theatre. In the Delphi Museum, stand face-to-face with the famous 5th-century BC Bronze Charioteer.
Onward to Thessaly: Depart through the scenic towns of Central Greece to reach Kalambaka, a quaint town nestled directly beneath the towering grey rock faces of Meteora. Enjoy dinner and overnight at your hotel.
Meteora Monasteries – Thermopylae – Athens
Cliffs and Cloisters: Tour the breathtaking Meteora monasteries. Perched atop colossal natural rock pillars, these active holy sites hold invaluable Byzantine frescoes, icons, and libraries.
The Path of Heroes: Drive back to Athens, making a historic stop at the pass of Thermopylae to view the heroic monument of King Leonidas and the 300 Spartans.
Evening: Arrive back at your hotel in Athens for your final evening.

Enjoy your final Greek breakfast at the hotel. Depending on your flight departure time, relax on your private transfer to Athens International Airport for your flight home, filled with memories of Greece's ancient wonders.
